Prayer to Claim Christ’s Peace

My Jesus, I believe that You love me. I believe that You are with me in this moment and every moment. I trust in You and Your promise of peace. I desire to know Your peace that surpasses all understanding and goes beyond all my feelings… Your true and lasting inner peace that the world cannot steal from me.
Please be near to me, Lord. Fill my mind and heart with the peace only You can give.

Mother Mary, be my constant companion and teach me how to protect and stay in His perfect peace despite the uncertainty, anxiety, and unrest around and even within me.

I choose Your true peace, my Jesus. As I learn to stay in Your Peace, may I reflect and share Your peace with others. I pray in Your Most Holy Name, Amen.
