“We take every thought captive to make it obedient to Christ.” – 2 Cor 10:5

One of the greatest barriers to our freedom is self-criticism. We want peace, yet all day long, there is a constant stream of criticism and insults running through our inner dialogue. No wonder we’re anxious!

These journaling pages contain space for you to write down the things you speak to yourself regularly that are not helpful, and perhaps not even true. This is how we follow St. Paul’s instruction to take every thought captive. Spend a few minutes each day, reflecting on the way you are speaking to yourself, especially those thoughts that run on repeat in your mind throughout the day.

For more on the impact of our thoughts and on living from a Christ-centered mind, see our 6-session video course, The CHRIST Program
