“We take every thought captive to make it obedient to Christ.” – 2 Cor 10:5

Getting more familiar with our inner dialogue is a critical step in our efforts at greater interior peace. What are the thoughts that play on repeat in your mind throughout the day?

You should have…you shouldn’t have…you can’t…you’ll never…you’ll always…what is wrong with you…

We will never know lasting interior peace so long as we are waging an inner battle with ourselves! The narrative that plays on repeat is, in effect, you speaking to you. What is the quality of the conversation you have with yourself each day?

We are all guilty of, at times, engaging in harsh or self-critical, even self-shaming or self-condemning, with ourselves. This worksheet download provides a 3-step process we use for making amends once we recognize that we’ve done that. Making reparation with ourselves is critical for bringing inner healing.
