In our busy lives and time-pressured world, it is easy to forget our Lord’s words, “you are anxious and troubled about many things, but only one thing is necessary…” (Luke 10:42). Let us come together and sit at the Lord’s feet for a day of reflection and renewal!

Through inspiring talks, reflection, prayer and silence, we will invite the Bridegroom
to renew our strength and restore our peace.

This retreat is open to both men and women.
