9-Week Coaching Group

A note from your facilitator:
Welcome to our Coaching Group! I look forward to this time of intentionally slowing down, paying attention, and approaching our inner world with greater honesty, compassion, and care.
Over our nine weeks together, this group will be a space to gently explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that have shaped how you see yourself. Together, we’ll work towards deeper freedom – freedom from self-criticism, self-judgement, and from old wounds that still echo. We’ll invite the Lord to guide our journey together, revealing the patterns and places where we are most in need of His love and truth.
You should have received an email confirming the details of our group (meeting day and time, meeting link). Please save that email so you can easily access the link to join our sessions week-to-week.

Private Group Space
We have created a private space for our group within our Hope’s Garden women’s community. This is a space where you will find supplemental materials and where we can share with one another in between meetings. Within Hope’s Garden, you will find many other healing resources, such as:
🌹 DAILY PRAYER & ROSARIES: gather with your sisters in Christ for prayer
🌹 WEEKLY SUPPORT GROUPS: a safe space to share our worries and woundedness and pray together
🌹 MONTHLY WORKSHOPS: on topics related to our healing journey and deepening our relationship with the Lord
🌹 ENCOUNTER THE BRIDEGROOM OF OUR SOULS: Learn about being a Bride of Christ, our three forms of Consecrated Life, and our 12-week heart-led studies of The Song of Songs.
