Areas of Focus: Spiritual Direction, Catholic Mindset Coaching, Discernment, Prayer, Inner Healing
Kylie Hein is a Catholic mindset coach, spiritual director, and host of the Persistence in Prayer podcast. She works primarily with overwhelmed Catholic women who love God deeply, yet feel mentally scattered, stretched thin, and unsure how to move forward with clarity and peace. Having personally struggled with striving, overthinking, and tying her worth to praise, perfection, and productivity, Kylie understands the quiet pressure many women carry—the sense that no matter how much they do, it’s never quite enough.
Through her work, she helps women slow down and untangle what’s happening interiorly so they can hear God more clearly and grow in a steady, meaningful relationship with Him through prayer. As they begin to recognize the thoughts and interior movements that are not from God, and to respond to His voice instead, a deeper interior healing often begins to unfold—freeing them to live with greater peace and clarity.
“I love walking with women who deeply desire God but feel like they can’t quite settle into prayer. So often, what they need isn’t more effort—it’s space. Space to slow down, to listen, and to let God meet them right in the middle of what feels messy or unclear—and to allow Him to love them there.” – Kylie
Kylie walks alongside her clients as they discern what faithfulness looks like in their real lives—helping them move from mental clutter to peaceful clarity while growing in their identity as beloved daughters of God.
