Loving, merciful Father, thank You! Thank You for Your constant love and provision for me. Thank You for caring about the smallest details of my life. Thank You for how You order and arrange each of my days, working all things for my good and Your glory.
Thank You for giving me life and breath, and purpose and passion. Thank You that I am Your chosen one, daughter and beloved. Lord, thank You for showering me with Your compassion and gracious goodness today. I pray in Jesus’ name, Amen.
Dear Heavenly Father, help me to be gentle towards every person I encounter today, in thought, word and deed. May I recognize that others are facing difficult circumstances which I know nothing about. Oh Lord, that others would encounter You when they meet me today! Still my tongue and open my heart. Fill me with a spirit of forgiveness and generosity. As it be Your will Lord, place the words in my mouth that others need to hear today.
Lord, I thank You for caring for me, tending my hurts with Your inexhaustible compassion. As we begin this new week together, renew my mind and my heart. Help me to share Your unfailing compassion with all people, especially those with whom I live and work. In Your Mighty Name I pray, Amen.
Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed,
for his compassions never fail.

Heavenly Father, Your love is without boundaries, reaching over all the earth. And yet Your love is immensely personal. Thank You for Your deep love for me. I am astounded and grateful. Help me to take moments today to pause and breathe deeply, recognizing Your love and drawing peaceful comfort from it. Please raise my awareness to the countless moments each day when You smile upon me, and call me Your Beloved.
Father, I pray that Your love fills every void in my heart – in my whole being – and transforms my life with peace and joy. I pray in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Holy Mary, Our Lady of Fatima, with renewed gratitude for your maternal presence, I join my voice to all the generations who call you blessed.
Hold my life in your arms;
Ask the Lord to bless and strengthen my every desire for good;
revive and nourish my faith;
sustain and enlighten my hope;
awaken and animate charity within me;
guide me along the path of holiness.

Thank you heavenly Father for all the ways You bless me each day. Today, on the feast of St. John Paul II, I ask that you especially bless me as a woman. I believe that I am an important part of Your plan and that you have chosen me to be here now. Bless my mission, that I may contribute to the Kingdom of Heaven today, through my interactions with those in my workplace, my neighborhood, and especially in my home.
Lord, make my life a mission of love. A mission of making Your love and mercy known to all through the way I relate, speak, and even think. Purify my heart that I may be an ever more worthy dwelling for Your Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.

Lord, You are powerful; we praise you for that. So great and mighty are Your works! The Owner and Maker of all- You have given us everything we need to change the spiritual landscape.
And Lord, as we look at our world, we see devastation. Oppression. Abuse. Poverty. Bondage. Fear. Confusion. Survival. We recognize that these problems, as massive as they are, are manifestations of the real battle- the battle in the heavenly realms. So while we can’t reach into every isolated heart and fix those problems, we have been equipped with everything necessary to wage this war. We have access to strength and power to oppose the Destroyer, the Thief, the Liar, The Accuser.
Jesus, stop him in his tracks over the landscape; over this community; over the culture; over the church. By Your great power, bring healing. Bring comfort. Bring restoration. Bring humility. Bring justice.
Prince of Peace, the battle has been won! And we declare Hallelujah! For you are good and are working all things for good for those who love You. The defeat of our Enemy is certain. All the praise forever and ever belongs to Your Name. Amen.
I am becoming aware of the hurtful way I speak to myself. I hear me uttering judgments, negativity, and demeaning words to myself and I come to You seeking forgiveness and help.
It is a new idea for me to consider myself as Your beloved daughter, and as such I sense that my self-criticism is offensive to You. For offending You Lord, I am sorry and I ask Your forgiveness.
Lord, I desire peace in my interior life, peace in my relationship with myself. Please show me the way. Thank you for guiding me to speak words to myself that are kind and supportive. Thank you for helping me to grow in self-acceptance and self-compassion. Thank you for raising my awareness to the thoughts I think and the beliefs I hold about myself that are not of You, so I may cast them aside by the power of Your name.
I yearn for an interior existence that is settled, not stirred up; at peace, no longer rife with conflict. Father grant me this grace! Give me the grace to lift my eyes from myself, and to see You looking upon me with great love and kindness. Teach me to let in, to truly receive, the life-giving riches You offer to me as Your beloved one, that You may be glorified in all I think, say and do.

When the details of life begin to overwhelm, no matter how desperately I try to maintain order.
When the chaos begins to swirl. Around… and over… and into…
When my heart feels unable to recognize the joy I clearly see in front of me.
Help me, Lord, to be still.
As the stars twinkle overhead.
While I lie alone with my thoughts.
As unwarranted, yet piercing, pains of inadequacy steal sleep and rest and well-deserved happiness.
Help me, Lord, to trust in you.
Whisper in my ear that you are in control.
Wrap your arms around me. Shelter me in your quiet. Instill in me your paternal peace.
Remind me that this is but a moment in time and one I need to embrace. The chaos. The storm. And all the great gifts you have given as part of this blessed life.
Help me, Lord, to let go. And to let you gently usher me down the path you long ago paved for me. Lead me to my destination, as I experience the ups and downs and uncertainties. Help me, Lord, to have faith in your divine Plan.

Here we are, You and I, another week.
I offer you last week with all of it’s joys and sufferings and unfinished to-dos; please give me the grace to let go.
[Pause to call these things to mind. Lay them down one by one at Christ’s feet and leave them there.]
Give me the grace to know that in You I have the strength to do whatever You will for me do this week.
Help me trust that You will provide the grace needed in each and every moment and for each and every task; I thank You ahead of time for these perfect measures of grace.
Still my racing thoughts, Lord, and direct my attention toward those in most needed of Your love today. May I surrender my desire to cross things off so that I may have the mental and emotional space to slow down, do less, and love more.

Send Your Holy Spirit now to fill me up with the peace I need to live in Your love today and to remain firmly rooted in the hope of Your promises.

Heavenly Father, thank you for revealing Your immense love for me through the gift of Jesus. Jesus, thank you for helping me open more fully to You, that I may more fully receive and live in your love.
Thank you also for the powerful gift of your Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit, dwelling within me, fill me with a deep desire to live a fruitful life for the glory of God. Today, I especially ask for the grace to love well; that the first fruit of Love will be abundant in all my relationships and interactions of this day. I surrender to You now all that keeps me from loving well. I desire to live fully for You, Lord!

Father in Heaven, have mercy on us and on the whole world.
Holy Spirit, comfort us, give us clarity, and bring light to this darkness and evil.
St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the Devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray, and do thou, O Prince of the heavenly hosts, by the power of God, cast into hell Satan, and all the evil spirits, who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls. – Amen.
Saint Peter, pray for the Church, that it may be re-built, healed, and made holy.
St. Charles Lwanga and St. Monica, pray for the abused, the survivors and for justice.
St. Catherine of Siena, pray for reform and restoration of the clergy.
St. John Vianney, pray for the holiness of priests and bishops.
St. Benedict, pray that this evil be cast out of the Church.
St. Anthony, pray for us to find the way forward.
St. Paul, pray for the bishops that they may be fearless in confronting other bishops.
St. Augustine, pray for true repentance and transparency.
St. Dymphna, pray for consolation for the heartache, depression and anxiety this evil has caused.
Our Lady of Sorrows, pray for us!

Dear Jesus, help me to spread Your fragrance everywhere I go.
Flood my soul with Your spirit and life.
