This is an 8 week coaching and support group designed specifically for women who discovered infidelity or sexual addiction later in their marriage. Navigating betrayal in a long term marriage brings sudden upheaval, hard questions, and deep heartaches when the life we thought we had built suddenly shatters under the weight of lies and deception.

beginning September 22, 2026 and ending November 17, 2026
Who are these groups for?
- Women who discovered or are navigating their spouse’s sexual betrayal, infidelity, sexual integrity issues or sexual addiction later in their marriage (approx 20 years or more) or later in their life.
- Women who discovered betrayal after her spouse’s death.
- Women looking for tools to navigate betrayal trauma in long term marriages.
- Women wondering whether or not to tell her adult children about the betrayal.
- Individuals seeking to deepen their relationship with God and seeking support from other women.
What to Expect
Each week will begin with a teaching on a topic specifically related to navigating betrayal trauma later in life. After the short teaching, members can share and discuss the topic in a safe and supportive environment. Topics include:
- Boundaries
- Managing Triggers
- Finances
- What to share and with who, loss of family and friendship relationships
- Resources including podcasts, webpages, books, professional help, etc
- Where is God in all of this? Rebuilding our faith
- What is a Full Therapeutic Disclosure
- How to know if your spouse is really being honest and healing
- Trust, Forgiveness, and Memories
- Topics based on group member suggestions and needs
Meet Your Facilitator
Dawn Vallejos
Dawn is a certified life coach and the founder of Lighten Your Life Coaching. Among other qualifications, she is an APSATS Certified Professional Coach Candidate, who helps women find hope and restoration after betrayal trauma and infidelity, domestic or sexual abuse, spousal or family alcoholism and addiction, and divorce and annulment, and the grief and loss that comes with these events. Having walked this journey herself, she understands the depth of the pain—and the beauty of God’s healing. Her work is rooted in the love of Christ the Bridegroom, offering a safe and faith-filled space where clients can experience both emotional renewal and spiritual closeness to God.
