Discernment of Spirits Coaching Group
Learning the Discernment of Spirits by St. Ignatius of Loyola is an immense help as we seek to understand and navigate the movements of the inner life, particularly in relation to our spiritual growth. St. Ignatius offers guidance to help us discern whether thoughts, feelings, or inclinations are coming from God, from ourselves, or from the influence of the enemy (Satan).
