We each have a relationship with ourselves, whether we’ve ever given any thought to it or not. And think about this:
Other than God, I am the only consistent, constant presence in my own life. I go along with me everywhere! Am I journeying through life with a supportive, encouraging companion? Or with someone who is overly critical of me, judges me harshly or speaks negatively to me?

Our February Sisterhood Chat will take us on an exploration of this crucial interior relationship. Our focus will be on raising awareness to the current relationship we each have with ourselves and to recognize that how we feel about ourselves, impacts how we believe God feels about us. We will begin the journey of learning to love ourselves well and cultivating a more self-supportive, self-compassionate relationship. Ultimately, this is such an important variable in allowing ourselves to experience the deep and intimate love our Lord has for each of us.
