Why Do We Need Deliverance?

We know that God has a plan for our lives, right…“every square inch and every split second has been claimed by God…”
Do we know that Satan also has a plan for our lives? And that his plan is to do his best to separate us from God?
When we experience trauma and dysfunction, there is a fragmentation that happens interiorly. The lens that we see ourselves and others through has become distorted – clouded by sin and wounding. The resulting ruptures, identity lies, twisting up of God’s truths are all works of the enemy.
These effects of trauma and dysfunction become open doors to the influence of the enemy in our lives. As we do the work of inner healing, it is very appropriate, in fact an important part of the unburdening process, to work with the Lord to close those open doors. This is called deliverance.
What is Unbound Ministry?
The Unbound Ministry is a ministry of healing in which a trained prayer team prays with an individual, assisting him/her in overcoming the spiritual obstacles they encounter in their walk of discipleship and to take hold of greater freedom in Christ.
